US$2 million in Chinese investment — founded Los Andes Beltroad Export
In 2020, after four years of guānxì — the patient cultivation of trust-based relationships with Chinese partners — Fiorella founded Los Andes Beltroad Export with US$2 million of Chinese capital. One of the few Latin American operations to raise Chinese capital, invest it in Chile, and export back to the Chinese market under a proprietary brand (Dancing Sun · Royal Dawn, Santina and Lapins cherries · cherry express by air).

Pre-China professional career at one of the Big Four global consulting and audit firms. PwC’s discipline and analytical rigor became the foundation on which the Chile–China bilateral operation was later built.

This case was selected by UN ESCAP for its 2024 report on cross-border e-commerce Chile–China, authored by a UIBE professor — the same university where Fiorella completed her MBA with a MOFCOM scholarship.
