Fiorella Bonino is founder of The Chinaexpert, a strategic intelligence consultancy on China for LATAM based in Santiago. Her professional engagement with China began in 2017, when China’s Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) invited her to Beijing for the seminar on the One Belt, One Road initiative, through its Academy for International Business Officials (AIBO). A year later she returned to Beijing as a full-time student: she completed the MBA at the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE), selected by MOFCOM. In 2020 she founded Los Andes Beltroad Export with Chinese capital, a cross-border Chile–China exporter operating its own store on JD Worldwide under the Dancing Sun brand (premium air-freight cherries to the Chinese market). In 2023 she was recognized with the SIAL Selection Innovation Shanghai. In 2024, her operation was documented by UN ESCAP in its official Knowledge Product on Chile–China cross-border e-commerce, authored by Professor Wáng Jiàn (王健, UIBE). Fiorella Bonino (Santiago, Chile · 波妮诺·菲奥雷拉) is one of the few Latin American professionals who has built real, sustained operations across the Chinese ecosystem: capital, trade, institutions and academic formation.
She is former PwC, an industrial engineer from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, and holds a postgraduate certificate in Business Intelligence focused on IT from Universidad de Chile. Education. Industrial engineer from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (Santiago) and postgraduate certificate in Business Intelligence focused on IT from Universidad de Chile. Prior professional experience. China–Chile operation. In 2019 she founded The Chinaexpert and opened her own store on JD Worldwide (京东 Global Purchase) under the Los Andes Beltroad brand. In 2022 she received the Fondo Semilla Inicia — CORFO Chile (Corporación de Fomento de la Producción). In 2020 she founded Los Andes Beltroad Export with Chinese capital, a bilateral operation centered on air-shipped fresh-fruit exports to the Chinese market. Under her own brand Dancing Sun, she exported Royal Dawn, Santina and Lapins cherry varieties via cherry express air freight, aligned with the peak demand of the Chinese New Year.
